I called and was able to get someone out right away. My son went to the car to get something out, he locked the keys in the car. We were locked out of the car and the house. I started calling numerous lock smiths to help no one was available and others said it will be 3 hours. It was 8oclock at night. Finally I contacted Cactus Lock and Key, the friendly gentleman was there in 30 minutes, it took him less than 5 minutes to unlock the door. So thankful to have them around. Hopefully I never get locked out again but if I do I know who to call

AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

Ed was very personable and patience. He got the key for our car made quickly and way less expensive than the dealer was going to charge us. When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.
