I needed my palm trees trimmed and these guys were recommended by a friend. I'm very happy with the job the did. They were on time, very polite and the price was good. I'll be calling them again in the future when I need my trees trimmed again.

Phoenix Tree Removal offers an incredible service at a great price. These guys have to be the best Tree Removal company in Phoenix!! I would give them a 6-star rating, if that was possible. The proprietor, Lance, is incredibly knowledgable, smart and experienced. He came out to check out my property and did a quick, but thorough review of the job. He offered an extremely fair price and he agreed to come back in 2 days to complete the work. I was amazed to watch Lance and his team in action. Phoenix Tree Removal took down several large palm trees and a bunch of overgrown shrubs in less than an hour. There was barely evidence that the trees were ever there.

I couldn't provide a better reference for Phoenix Tree Removal. These guys are really great at what they do. I called a handful of other companies to bid on the work. Some never bothered to call back and of the 4 quotes I received, Phoenix Tree Removal was the lowest. King David Tree Care is the real deal! I call yesterday afternoon and David was able to come out the same day for an estimate to remove a dead stump. Not only was I shocked at how reasonable David’s estimate was, today, the NEXT DAY, my stump is gone! I could not be happier. My HOA is forcing me to replace said removed stump, David will most certainly be my go-to guy. The entire experience, including scheduling the appointment with the receptionist, was superb.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

I had severe tree limb damage to about 10 - 30’ mature trees on a property in Verde Valley. Andrew came up on two different occasions and cut the dead branches, cut up logs and brush & disposed of the cuttings at the nearby landfill. He was good at scheduling & being prompt. I have already recommended him to friends.

These guys and gals are friendly. Their prices are the best in town. Great firewood deals.
