Great tree removal company, I couldn't have asked for more! I live on the Paradise Valley / Scottsdale border and was worried the city was going to fine me for a dead tree over my back wall. Rob removed the tree and didn't even hurt the wall. Very impressive!

The team is excellent and do great work. They trimmed my huge Ficus and topped my huge Eucalyptus. JR is very hard to get a hold of and does not return calls. Seems like he does not want smaller jobs. Now I have one Palm tree that needs trimming and a pile of branches to haul away. He does not appear to be interested. If I could get a hold of his crew directly, I bet they would fit it in and be done in about an hour.

I've been using Ismael's Tree Service for over a year. They are the best service I've ever worked with! My front yard had a dying palm next to the house. Ismael came out with his crew and equipment and within a couple of hours or less the tree was completely gone along with the stump. You'd never know the tree had been there. They also take care of my yards. The backyard was a disaster before he whipped it into shape. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced services. Great company that has provided outstanding services to both me and everyone I've recommended them too!

The best service tree care

Would not use anyone else. They've removed six large trees from our yard in the past five years. They grind the stump to the ground and clean up after they are done, so you would never know the old tree was there. Great prices, too. They were able to save the surrounding plants and even spare the roof when removing a trunk that had grown into the side of the house. I recommended them to my parents and would recommend them again and again. They know what they're doing.

There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.

After a storm came through and caused major damage to my mesquite tree I started calling around looking for someone to come out and remove it. Guillermo, the owner came out to evaluate the damage, walked the property and told me what he would recommend. He is very knowledgeable, honest and kept his word. His crew was fast and friendly, I have already recommended him to others. Thank you!

Despite some rescheduling issues (just bad luck I think), these guys did a great job removing, stump grinding and cleaned up after themselves. Even covered the stump with dirt and rocks from the yard. Price was very good. It's obvious they are very busy, communication is a bit delayed but for the price and quality they provide, I would recommend and use again.

A dangerous driver on the road. This driver not only was incredibly aggressive inside a residential neighborhood with a posted speed of 30 mph, he flat out attempted to run another vehicle off the road. He then continued to drive very aggressive and erratic, following me, and even to the point of driving on the wrong side of the road to attempt to run me off the road to avoid a head on collision. He then blocked me, a single female, in to talk condescendingly as if he had done nothing wrong. Once he realized that everything was being recorded, he tried to quickly dismiss and get out of there. There is something uniquely disturbing about someone, who is apparently the owner, who feels it's perfectly acceptable to drive at another vehicle head on without attempt to stop. I'm glad he showed his true colors, as ironically enough, was looking for a local landscaper but now know to beware of this gentleman and company that's oddly only 4 blocks from my residence.

I don't really know who gives reviews about this company they never answer the phone at anytime day nights or weekends confusing.

I have used Keith's services on our trees for three years now, and previously had great service. Lately, it's like the phone rings to his house and the woman answering the phone is not thrilled by it. She doesn't listen to the messages, she's not very pleasant and I don't like calling them anymore. On top of that, he's either not shown up for appointments or been late for them, and says his crew will do work by a certain day but it's always days later. Once they even showed up when the sun was setting and trimmed our tree in the dark, and it wasn't finished the way we agreed on and it took a few weeks to get them back out again due to unreturned calls. Not sure what's happened but I'm disappointed. I prefer a local business for home services but I think I might need to find a different one for my trees. It's really a shame because Keith seems to really care about the trees and makes very good recommendations.

Willie didn't complete work that was agreed to and his price was high. Would not recommend him.

Horrible experience with Mike Wilhelm, owner of Mike's Tree Service, Inc. Tried to work cooperatively with him, he yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me twice. Maybe he's just abusive to women but I will never use nor recommend his company.
