I had severe tree limb damage to about 10 - 30’ mature trees on a property in Verde Valley. Andrew came up on two different occasions and cut the dead branches, cut up logs and brush & disposed of the cuttings at the nearby landfill. He was good at scheduling & being prompt. I have already recommended him to friends.

Andrew removed a large tree from my yard. I actually started referring business because he seemed to be different from many in his line of work...You know the people that schedule and don't show up or call to reschedule. To be fair, Andrew is knowledgeable about his profession.

Andrew did remove the tree and said that he'd come back to remove what was left after a large tree (cement with rebar) border wall was removed by someone that does that type or work...very understandable. My husband and I had the wall removed and then left multiple calls and texts...at least a dozen attemps (letting him know we could move forward). All messages let him know we could schedule at his convenience but to please call to arrange. There has been no response, no communication from him.

I have a local business and brought his business cards into my office (after he removed our tree) to give my customers a good contact for tree or nursery work. I did this as Andrew said he is working toward expanding his nursery and also because I trusted him. I want to give the benefit of doubt and thought...maybe this guy fell ill and isnt able to respond. However, he did answer when I called from a different number...the phone call dropped.?.?

Andrew...what happened? We simply wanted to have our tree work finished witht the same person that started the job. And also don't understand as it was more income and more visibilty at any one of your job sites. Good business means follow through to the end of the job (when you've managed all commitments or agreements)...even if that means a phone call to explain that you can't or aren't able to do the service. And I truly apologize to anyone I referred that is having my experience.

We had a thick overgrown lemon tree that needed really to be thinned out and shaped. Andrew was professional, super knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up when he said he would (a big plus :) and cleaned up and hauled away the mess. Per my request, he even saved the birds nest that was in the tree for years. I would use him again.

I called Andrew on the suggestion of a friend who said they had a good experience. Andrew came out and gave me a quote of about $400 whereas other quotes were about $600. They trimmed my mesquite trees and removed a small Palo Verde tree. I don't really know what else to say other than everything was flawless. They did a great job on my trees, were professional, and cleaned up well. Never did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of. I will highly recommend Treelation to anyone who asks.

This is a very unfortunate review. However, Andrew J. Pisher from Treelation is not someone you want to trust. I had him come out in July 2015 to trim my 30+ year old African Sumac trees. He charged me $460.00 to trim them both. When he left the trees were skinned beyond recognition. I knew when I came home he had taken off more than he should have. Within 30 days of his work both trees began to show serious signs of shock. I called his office and left a voice mail and he did not call me back. Moving forward one of them completely died and I emailed him with my concerns, and I had 3 different tree companies come out to look at them. They all three told me whoever trimmed them had taken off 70% more than they should have. As the rule is you take off no more than 30% or the tree will go into shock and more than likely die. He emailed me back letting me know he would take them out for free and would recommend new trees. He schedule with me via email for 9/27/16 to remove them at 6:30 am. I'm sure you'll know what I'm going to write next? He never showed up and never called to cancel or let me know anything. I called his office, emailed and texted. NO SHOWED!
Beware - This guy is a BIG, BIG talker and is really just a huge BS'ers. Andrew, its very sad to realize now you are a giant flake and someone who is NOT a Tree Expert. Reliability is the Key to success. Good luck Mr. Green Man - Your Green Thumb killed my trees!
