Great crew! Did an excellent job and the price was VERY competitive!

Sam and his team did an excellent job trimming a few palms in our front yard, as well as planting some trees in the backyard for some much needed shade. They answered all of my questions and educated me on the maintenance of my new trees. They really know their stuff. Very professional, I highly recommend!

I just found my go to tree service company. We have a large tree that hadn't been trimmed in a couple of years and Mayscape did a great job of thinning it out, while leaving us with a nice canopy with plenty of shade. Great price, communication and cleanup. I already have them scheduled 6 months out to decide if the tree needs trimming once or twice a year.

Owner Rick personally supervises and completes all trimming work he recommended and we had agreed upon during the earlier free estimate. Good work by an arborist is never cheap but they are preserving and protecting our 3 large trees. Crew is professional, prompt and thoroughly clean up. I recommend phone contact only

We have used their services for almost 7 years and they are fantastic every time they come the do an excellent job our front back and side yard looks amazing they are really experienced and know how to get the job done! We really recommend to everyone. They have also trimmed our trees in the front and backyard and everything always looks Elegant & Manicured every time they come. I am very pleased with the service I received. My palm tree was trimmed very well, at an affordable price and they were very diligent with cleaning up after themselves. The only drawback was that they had to reschedule my appointment several times for various reasons. This was not a big deal as we were not in a hurry but should be considered by anyone who is looking to have work performed right away.

Winds and rain from Hurricane Rosa brought down part of a gnarly, 35 yr old palo verde and left it perched precariously on top of my Bowflex. We usually do our own yard work. But after starting the cleanup we decided it was too dangerous to finish. The American Tree & Landscape crew took extra care removing the big branch, then felled the tree and ground the stump. No damage to the bowflex or adjacent block wall. Great cleanup too. Thanks to hard working Juan, Gabriele and Christian.

The best service tree care

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job removing our 22 foot Queen Palm that had died. The location the tree was in in a corner with a waterfall and pigmy palms surrounding and all were not touched. They also did a great job cleaning up and hauling everything away. Great group and reasonably priced..

I was referred to Scottsdale Tree Trimmers by a friend of mine. We had five trees that needed trimmed--one being 30 feet tall. They arrived on time and did a great job!

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
