We have been using Design Tree for a long time. They did a good job thinning out the tree and cleaning up the yard afterwards. The only issue I had was the cut branches (some were large) were dropped directly onto our delicate plants. If they could find a way to safely drop the larger branches directly down to workers below (either to their hands or in an outstretched tarp), that potentially saves any damage and cost to replace those plants. The workers and management did listen to my concerns, and were willing to help with any out-of-pocket costs on my end, if needed. That was a nice gesture.

I just want to share with my neighbors an experience with a tree service company that I recently hired. When Arborcraft emailed me their quote, they included their workman's comp policy. My homeowner's policy does not cover such a liability. Arborcraft was timely. A trimmer with 20 years experience trimming trees in Louisiana and Arizona did a fabulous trimming and dead would removal of my giant ash tree.
