My citrus trees weren't looking very good, so I called Liberty and set up an appointment for two days later. Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing my other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't improve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

I was so very happy with the work from Juan and his guys! We do not have grass so I wasn't quite sure how much of a difference I would see but it had been a while since and up keep had been done to our front and back yard. They did such a wonderful job, both my front and back yard looked extremely tidy and all of our crazy trees and brushes were tamed. I gave them no direction in regards to what needed to be done and they took control for an outstanding outcome! Thanks so much guys!

We are over the moon with Murphy's A-1 Tree Service. We had a huge tree blow into our house during a storm and they came out late at night to cut it away from our garage. Then returned the next day to pick up the tree and raked and blew the areas to spotless. I called about hiring them to get some work done in my backyard. I gave them my email so they can send me information to set up a time and date for the initial consultation. After three days and no email, I decided to call them back to tell them that I hadn't received anything. They said they wrote my email information wrong and will be sending me an email within 15 min. Another two days goes by and nothing.... I called them AGAIN to get the problem resolved but they never answered. I called them TWELVE TIMES within two days (all during the 7am-3pm time they say they are open), and no response. After A few calls though, they did realize who was calling and did send me an email with a time and date that works for them, and not for me. But still, they will not answer their phone. How extremely unprofessional. Here I was hoping to spend a few thousand dollars to fix my backyard, but I guess I am glad this issue happened before I paid a dime. What a joke of a company.

Sergio came out gave free estimate and was suppose to come back next day around 12. I never got a call, never got an apology, and he never showed up. My 2nd time using him. The first time he was great! Dont know what happened but will not use him again.

Excellent service! I needed a second opinion and actually didn't end up hiring this company, but I was so impressed with the service I received and how knowledgeable Jason was I will definitely be hiring them for some upcoming work!

Todd and his crew are professional, trustworthy and do an AMAZING job! I never write reviews for anything. This is probably the first review I've written and that is how blown away I was by the trimming they did of my trees. They had a great price, professional work, and my yard looks incredible. Todd is a master at his craft. I will call definitely call then for any work I need from here on out. My trees and yard look AMAZING!
