Best Lighting System in Phoenix AZ

Basically the estimator Paul came out did some walking around and I asked for sod to be installed and rocks removed. He wanted to add all this other stuff like cutting trees etc and after he came back with an estimated cost I was like NO WAY!! SO he had demolition of the rocks, sprinklers system added and sod installed. The price was still way out of my range so I asked him to remove the sprinkler system from his estimate. A stump removal was $300, sprinkler system installed with sod was $6500 and demo of removal of the rock was $1850 . That would make the total $8650. After the removal of the sprinkler system I was still quoted $7100. So you mean to tell me that the sprinkler system to install etc was only $1550? No, what happened is I made the mistake of not doing my research and asking for proof of his calculations cause installing the sod should not cost me $4,950. Make sure when you decide to use this company to get exact estimates and proof of their estimates cause I was extremely ripped off for not knowing how this works. When I asked to remove the sprinkler system from the estimate he just threw me a number and now I see it definitely does NOT add up at all. Shame on me for allowing them to take advantage of me like this and not getting proof or a second opinion. Use your common sense when using this company. Huge Ripoffs!!

Part of our yard is a wash and it gets really torn up in rain/storms and after contacting them via their website, I was able to meet Ana within days, get a quote, and the team came out that Saturday to get our yard looking 100x better! Already set up reoccurring services for yard maintenance. Very happy with quality and value.

Filiberto and his team were great. I had a tree come down in a storm and needed it removed. He answered the phone, made time to come out, showed up when he said he would and was so easy to work with. He replaced the tree with a much better option, made sure it was planted correctly and checked the irrigation system and the other tree in the yard. It was a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

Goodman's Landscape Maintenance did a complete overhaul of our backyard (and front yard) after an auto crashed into our backyard, literally destroying our backyard. David and his team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, our house looks absolutely amazing! During the project, we had to go out of town and our neighbors commented how professional the crew was. They were all of in uniform, supervisors were on site giving direction to the crew to ensure the job was done to our specifications. Our neighbor was also impressed with how hard they worked throughout the whole day, even when we weren't there to supervise. Our neighbors were so impressed they are going to be contacting Goodman's for some work they need to do as well. I highly recommend Goodman's to anyone that wants their job done right, done on time, and done in a very high quality manner. Their follow-through on every aspect has been nothing short of amazing! In this era with a lack of customer service everywhere I go and difficulty finding good contractors, you can rely on Goodman's to exceed your expectations in every way!

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.
