Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Very good company to work with. Once I placed a call to Kristopher he responded back within 15 minutes and we set up a time that he could come out and give me an estimate for trimming my large mesquite tree. The estimate was acceptable and we agreed on the day that the work would be done. Kristopher kept me informed thru text messaging about his arrival time and arrived on the agreed day and time. He went right to work, trimmed the tree and cleaned up his mess along with explaining the whole process. We are extremely pleased with his work. He did a great job and also gave us good information on our other trees and shrubs. We would strongly recommend his services.

Wow. I called in for a same day emergency job and they were able to fit me in within 3 hours. So nice and accomodating and their guys were nice and courteous. Will definitely recommend and use again!! Thanks DDL!!!

Watch them like a hawk, they get paid and don't show up. they owe our community for at least 10 times they were a no show. When I complain to the HOA they send me nasty letters. Their mismanagement has caused damage and a big liability to our community. Buyer beware! They ignored the drainage into the wash they are supposed to maintain which looks horrible and it over flowed washing away the soil under the sidewalk. Whenever I complain they dismiss me and continue to do sub par work. This is what you can expect for over $400 a month! Pathetic!

I actually found Bartlett Tree Experts by accident when I called another service who had gone out of business. I am very happy with BTE and had a great experience.
Justin Came out and gave me an estimate on removal of my Bradford Pear that had died and trimming of my Canary Island Date Palm, Which I found reasonable. Justin was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He also gave me some great tips on my other trees. He was also very responsive and followed up in a timely manner. His crew did a wonderful job and had the Bradford Pear tree down/Palm trimmed, and the area cleaned up in no time.

I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts and would use them again in the future.
