Ultimate professionals. The expert in the tree could tell live branches from dead ones, figured out which order to start cutting so he would still be able to access remaining dead wood, was careful to safely store his saw after each cutting before doing anything else. The crew was pleasant, professional, and competent. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I am convinced that trees should only be cared for by professionals who know that different trees require different care and under different circumstances. I've tried many different so-called tree experts but I've found the one with whom I will stay! I highly recommend this company!

Update 9-17-2022: As mentioned below, I'm not the type to complain. I just move on. I'm lifting my 1 star review to 3 stars based on the fact that Ops Mgr called me, and stopped by the house to assess the situation and figure out a solution. It would appear they plan on replacing the tree with an acceptable size tree and remove the stump that they were supposed to the first time around. I will update the review once things are squared away. Looks promising......

I really hate to leave a negative review. I'm usually the type of customer that just doesn't come back if I don't like the service. However, this story may be worth listening to. For starters, Brandon came out for a consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to get an overgrow Mesquite tree trimmed professionally. I ended up getting nutrient tree injections on all trees(4), insect injections and a stump removed. Price was a little more than others had quoted($2300) but this company seemed legit. Now, here is where the story takes a turn for the worse. All services where performed but they ended up cutting down one of my fully grown trees instead of grinding the stump. Whoops! When I contacted Brandon he was very sorry and vowed to fix the situation. When he called me back with the solution they wanted to replace the 20 foot Ash tree they chopped down with a 6ft one. It took 9 years for that tree to get to 20 feet. Obviously, I suggested that wasn't acceptable. He then offered a 7ft tree. Again, not acceptable. He was supposed to get with his boss and come back with a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I've texted him and he said the office would connect with me. Haven't heard anything. Oh, and did I mention they had no problem charging my card for services not preformed. I did call and complain about the charges and they cancelled the charge. I feel bad that they are at a loss on this situation. I know this was an accident. A measure of a good business is how you handle a crisis. Especially one they created. So far, I'd say D- for Elite Tree Service.

I had a great experience using Tree Feeders of Arizona. Big Mike gave a fair estimate for a big trimming project on a big Mesquite in my back yard. Mike and his professional team came out and trimmed all that was close to the house and near my neighbors yard. I would recommend them to anyone with any tree needs. The company was extremely professional and proficient from start to finish. The estimator came out and gave a very honest price for the work to be done. We also received an email from the company before he came out with his picture and credentials, which I thought was very nice. The crew that came out that an excellent job and explains a lot of the work they were doing. They worked very hard for the money that they were paid. Overall I would be happy recommending this company to anyone!
