Amazing service!

We recently move to Trilogy in Vistancia and the house came with a very large Mesquite tree in the back yard. The tree was way to big and after conferring with our landscaper and our immediate neighbors, we decided to remove it and grind the stump. We also had a second stump (Palo Verde) in the front yard that needed grinding. We contacted 6 tree removal companies to get bids. 3 never bothered to respond, 1 based in Mesa called back immediately and said it was outside their work range, and 2 gave us bids. The one we went with was 1/2 the price of the other. We hired Next Generation and Daniel came out this morning and removed the tree and ground both stumps. When he was done, there was zero evidence he had ever been here and no trace of the tree.

We highly recommend Daniel and Next Generation Tree Care. He was amazing from the initial contact call to his driving away at completion. It's a pleasure to recommend him and his company.

I can't say enough good about these guys! I had a tree half down over an old car. They managed to take the tree out without damaging the car. No small feat! Great price too!

Had a massive Mesquite tree that I needed gone.
Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

Fabian and his guy skillfully removed the tree and cleaned up afterwards.

The entire time these the jerks were in the process of doing their job. Which consist of using foul language every other word out of their mouths. I called the number on the side of the truck. Talked to a lady named barb and explained the situation. She apologized ags said she would take care of it right away. They continued sailor mouth conversation for nect 10 minutes then finally answered their phone. As I overheard three conversation, the guy talking to I assume barb. Stays lieing right tip her ear, said I was belligerent when they started up chainsaw. But actually all i did was kindly ask them to mind their language there are children present. They paid me no mind like i didn't even exist and continued cussing up a storm. Wanted everyone to know that this company employees bad people who are inconsiderate of anyone except themselves. I live at Cortez groves townhouse community in Phoenix, AZ. Today is August 31, 2017 06:47. I urge you to use cation before having therm come around anyone that likes to be respected.

I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this company is. They are so fantastic that I wish I could leave 6 stars! I had a HUGE ficus tree that I needed removed for a pool project. Their team came early in the morning, cut down the tree, removed the tree and completely cleaned up my whole yard. I was blown away at their professionalism and their work eithic. We had several quotes and not one company was even within ballpark range of their pricing. Veteran Family Tree Service cannot be beat!!! I highly recommend them.

I have 15 palm trees that are over 40 ft tall. Murphy's trim them for the last 16 years. Cleanup was thorough. I reccomend them to everyone who need treework.

On May 14 2020, Phoenix Tree Removal took down two 17 year old ficus trees from our small NW Phoenix front yard. Lance and Chris are fast and accurate in everything they do. Lance knew exactly where each huge limb would land. We didn't have to take down the front yard fence . A small shrub growing between the trees wasn't touched. Nothing broken. After the trees were removed they ground down both stumps, then raked the yard and cleaned up the front yard, driveway, street and anything that blew into an adjacent yard. They even blew the leaves out of our garage! This is the most professional , pleasant and hardworking people we've ever hired. Their price was excellent!! I got a bid from an arbor company that quoted $4,300 and said a crane had to be used. NOT TRUE!!! Their price was more than 3 times less than that ! LANCE and Chris are amazing! During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

My neighbor hired these people to trim my ficus. Without my permission he trimmed 3 ft into my property, removing half the tree and exposing the whole core to the summer heat. Professional arborists, U of AZ extension service and other experts categorically state DO NOT TRIM ficus trees in the summer due to heat sensitivity. What happens this winter in the first frost? No protection for the whole tree! Ignorant good as with chainsaws. Run away.

Jesse was the only service that would come out to rescue my cat which would not come down from a tree. I cannot say enough good about Jesse, he was fantastic with everything. He has a wonderful personality in how he deals with the situation and helped me to calm down. He was a blessing. His price was fair. I will definitely call him again, if I ever need his help.
