I'm leaving this review on behalf of my grandma (she doesn't know how to use google LOL) but Agavie did SUCH an amazing landscape design job at her home in Glendale. Their team of landscaping experts were able to turn a dirt field into something that dreams are made of. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Expensive but very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Very easy to talk with and discuss my tree trimming needs. Worked quickly and exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to work with them again.

Joe and his crew provided us with SUPERB service. Joe is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! We had four bids to remove a 20 year old Sisso tree from our front yard. Two of the arborists suggested plans similar to Joe’s- the most aggressive approach- to remove the entire root ball with a backhoe. Joe took it the next step and removed 6-8 inches of dirt and tree roots throughout the entire yard. His bid was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was fair as I felt he by far the most qualified for our job. It has been almost three months and we have NOT had even ONE mini tree sprout up! He has also come back to spray/treat the yard so we won’t get any sprouts. We liked him so much we had him remove some messy trees from our backyard and do some grading of the dirt. Joe is an extremely hard worker and would be out there putting in 10+ hour days on our yard. It was a BIG tree people (taller than our two story house). He was responsive by phone, and while the rain delayed our work a bit, that was not his fault. I love that he works alongside his son and we are supporting a local family business. There was also an additional worker here, who was literally SPRINTING around the yard while working. He clearly has a lot of zest for his work.

Joe has also provided us with several recommendations for other services we needed. He was honest about them too, and alerted us of a problem with one of his recommendations after another client had informed him of an issue so we could make a better educated choice. I highly recommend Joe and New Heights Tree Service.

The crew that came over were amazing. My front and back yard definitely appreciated their expertise!

Have a longtime tree guy who I love. So I was nervous to hire another company, but I was in a time crunch, and needed Queen Palm service (trim/ treatment). They executed so well. Trees look great. They blew off the yard really well, handled all debris. Looked like they weren't even there. Forget the lead's name, but he talked about what he recommended doing to treat the trees and why before jumping in. Fingers crossed we get some more years out of these pain-in-the-butt trees. Thanks guys. Well done all around.

Star away!! Over promises under delivers domes not show up when is scheduled or at all for weeks at a time then wants to service the account on a Sunday to fit his schedule. Charged me for $in plants that died because he did not know how program the system. Promised a refund and then blocked me. WPRST business in the landscaping world out there. Stay away
