From the estimate to the completion of our project the experience dealing with the company and the 2 person work crew was easy and exceeded expectations. The project was scheduled for 5 days, and that was exactly what happened...the work was professional, quality and with positive interaction with Chris and Lolo (?). They made sure we were satisfied every step of the way with the quality.
If you need a pool deck or patio refurbished, etc. you owe it to yourself to give this company consideration.

We have been contemplating for quite some time on what we wanted to replace the carpet in the living room with, and I'm glad we stuck to my original plan of staining the concrete (hubby wanted to put tile). I really like the color scheme we chose and Rick personally oversaw the process from beginning to end. I am in love my my living room floor and can't wait to get the kitchen done! What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

They did an epoxy finish on my patio floor. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the results. I would and have given this companys name to friends and family. They also were very pleased with the work they have done.

I would give this company a negative star if I could. They did my garage floor, small 20X20, and less than one year after the application it started to show flaws in the sealer. They told me that it had too much shark bite, so they resealed a 10X20 section and wanted to charge me $500 to do the other section, I said no, because my warranty is for 15 years and at that time it had only been one year. Shortly after that the section they resealed started to peel. I contacted Brian S. in Arizona, whose name is on my warranty paper. After 2 years of emails, photos and phone calls, trying to get them to fix it, he simply stopped answering me. I took him to small claims court. A certified letter from the court was mailed to him which he ignored. He knew what it was and refused the letter.

They have lost many jobs in my neighborhood because of the way my floor looks and absolutely no one new asks for any Slide Lok information.

I would warn anyone who wants to hire this company to be aware of their policies, because they will not back their product or their warranty, and their lack of customer service is terrible. I attached a couple of photos of my floor and these are only a part of the problem.

As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company.
