We had the owner of NLKD come out to view needed repairs on our old worn out Kool Deck surrounding our pool in May 2020. David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. Great Customer service but can't say that same about their quality of work.

There are grind marks all of the patio floor that significantly visible. I have told them numerous time that this is not how it should look like.

My concerns about this were completely ignored and instead solving this problem they started sending invoices to pay for the job that was horribly done.
