David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service.
