My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Not sure how to begin. SRS just finished a full remodel of my home on the golf course in a Ocotillo that was completely original. Arches, carpet, bad layout, choppy, etc. We wanted open spaces, and modern clean design and high end finishes. I interviewed several GCs and having done dozens of remodels in my life, went with SRS on a hunch. Best decision I have made. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and the quality of all the men and women involved was beyond what I could ask for. I’m actually going to miss seeing these guys daily (although I’m so glad it’s done). 4 months to finish a job that most GCs had told me would take 6 minimum. Great crew.

Contracted with them multiple times and they are very good at what they do and they make everyone around them look good as well.

Allen from Handyman Connection provided a very detailed estimates so I know the cost for each item and I could pick and choose to fit my budget. He also gave me some very good advice.

Todd and Ali were great!! As a homeowner, I always wonder if the contractors would treat my house as their own and put good effort to make my bathrooms look good. They did!!!! What else could I ask for? I'm very detail-oriented person, I want everything to be perfect. Todd made sure everything meet my expectation! He actually did a lot of things even I didn't know should be done.

My experience with Centennial Builders exceeded my expectations. With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
