Want to the office and talked to John the owner he explained everything that they would do. Thomas came and measured the deck give us the price and if you commit the same day you receive 5% off crew came ground off the old deck they are every clean covered the pool covered the patio items they did awesome job under the leadership of supervisor Chris. Great customer service great crew's great supervisor's. On a scale of 1to 10 they are a 11. I couldn't be happier with Laveen Deck and Porch. I had them build a new deck and fence for my house and it is everything I wanted and perfect. They took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned and brought it to life. Excellent service, an excellent job and all done by excellent people. I will be recommending to anyone in need, 10/10.

Sean did an outstanding performance in transforming our basic desert backyard and pool with an elementary water fall into a stellar green oasis with the totally amazing handcrafted waterfall that my husband loves, and now all of our friends want to spend the weekends at our resort! Sean is a great guy and is awesome to work with! He is exceptionally creative and the initial consultation and sketch he provided for awesome! I would totally recommend his work to anybody! PS... Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

WB Design Build has given me a fabulous backyard! These guys are awesome. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the work quickly. I had lots of choices of materials and they stayed within my budget. I'm thrilled with my results. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I can't say enough good things about WB Design Build. They're amazing.

There’s nothing good about Ron Buchholz and his low-grade, inexperienced workers that he hires straight from the Home Depot parking lot. If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or ultimately from having a license. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020 because we just couldn’t live with the flaws in our bathroom and longer. After the inspection, the ROC found him liable to fix all of his work, but Ron manipulated us to believe that if we dropped the complaint he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed the liar that he is and dropped the complaint. He proceeded to drag his feet for months, and excuses after excuse. He finally did the bathroom demo, then he went MIA two weeks into the project. He completely abandoned his work and his commitment to us. Ron is a fraud — PERIOD. His actions were premeditated and he’s a complete scam-artist! We thought about getting an attorney, but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us over the last 3 years, so it’s best to just move on. He's likely being sued by multiple people anyway, so he’s probably broke. I truly hope that man gets what’s coming to him. Karma! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at one time. He also works under various company names, so beware!
