We had our pool resurfaced. That work also included removing the old pebble rolled bond beam which was replaced with travertine as well as adding a row of tile at the water line. The job took 8 days with everyone out every day which we requested. Everything went great and as requested. The finished product looks awesome. As always everyone at Arrowhead was a pleasure to work with as always. We also had our patio deck & walkways redone by Arrowhead a couple years ago. That job was done just as this was which is why we used Arrowhead again. You won't be sorry.

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

I don't have anything but good things to say about this company. They were involved in refinishing our hardwood flooring due to an insurance claim. They were professional and patient during the consultation phase to the installation day itself.

We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.

Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.

We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully — even more so than we had imagined — and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.

Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, it’s been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. There’s nothing good about Ron Buchholz and his low-grade, inexperienced workers that he hires straight from the Home Depot parking lot. If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000 stars, I would! Ron is a terrible person and should be banned from construction or ultimately from having a license. He did a bathroom remodel for us in 2019, which was done wrong in every way possible. We filed a complaint with the ROC in 2020 because we just couldn’t live with the flaws in our bathroom and longer. After the inspection, the ROC found him liable to fix all of his work, but Ron manipulated us to believe that if we dropped the complaint he’d repair everything to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we believed the liar that he is and dropped the complaint. He proceeded to drag his feet for months, and excuses after excuse. He finally did the bathroom demo, then he went MIA two weeks into the project. He completely abandoned his work and his commitment to us. Ron is a fraud — PERIOD. His actions were premeditated and he’s a complete scam-artist! We thought about getting an attorney, but it’s not worth the time or effort at this point. I’m emotionally drained from the energy and stress this man has caused us over the last 3 years, so it’s best to just move on. He's likely being sued by multiple people anyway, so he’s probably broke. I truly hope that man gets what’s coming to him. Karma! Check the ROC website! He has multiple complaints open against him at one time. He also works under various company names, so beware!
