I'd have to say that overall, I'm happy with the deck that this business installed for me. The finished product is very beautiful, and I received excellent service from them all along the way.

I used Arrowhead to revitalize my old plaster pool with pebble tech and new tile. I had several quotes with different companies and not only was Arrowhead a great value, it also had the most upfront communicative and friendly staff. The sales person (Caleb) was not pushy and really let me lead the way on what I wanted to do with my project. Once the project started (Justin) the project manager made the extra effort to stop by my house and get a visual on the project, when the work started he was extremely effective at communicating times and dates. This communication allowed me to live my life (with a six month old) without having to be surprised by contractors at my house. They use subs(like most companies) but all of the sub Crews they used were fast, effective and committed to leaving my yard as it was when they got there. This spring I will be doing landscape and turf work and it’s not a question who I will use to do the work. Highly recommend!

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Rudest people, super on waddell today did not properly supervise or note a road was closed, upon attempting to apologize, guy screams like a child. Probably shouldn't be consumed by his phone

Miko and his team are responsive, creative, detail oriented and professional. My husband had an idea to create a corner stone fireplace In our family room. Miko helped to design it and then built it. It is beautiful and works perfectly!

Miko also helped us to add full sliding window doors across our family room wall. It is so cool, bringing light in with a great view of our back yard!

The team also put in floors and new countertops. I love all our remodeling and Miko made possible!

Manny and Laura were on time, professional cleaned up after the job, and explained the care and maintenance of the product.

Does all of our rental properties and our personal homes. Even went to North Carolina for us to remodel our bathroom in our vacation home.

I called in today for full roof replacement estimate. Lyons have poor customer service. One lady answered the phone and with out warning another one jumped in. I though was getting help, but the second lady said, the other lady had to leave. I had to provide the same information again to the second lady, which is not convenient to me. The people might do good job or bad, I do not know, but their customer service needs to go through a business environment training.
I do not need to be treated poorly, because I am customer and bringing to them job.

I don't ever give reviews but this company deserves it!!! I got their name from a neighbor that was very happy with her roof and I am glad I called them. Sean came by to look at my roof. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He sent over a quote within a suitable time. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. When Brian and his crew were replacing the roof they were on time everyday, they cleaned up during the work and at the end of each day. They even removed my old satellite dish. Once the roof was complete Brian met with me to look at the roof to ensure satisfaction. Sean also reached out to ensure I did not have any questions or concerns. Now on to quality...I am a very picky person but this roof is beautiful! The pictures don't do justice. I am very happy with the service this company provides. I will be recommending them to anyone that I hear needs roof work. Thank you Sean, Brian and crew!

My experience with Centennial Builders exceeded my expectations. With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!
