I am so impressed by this company. They arrived for the job on time and worked every minute they were here. The professionalism and courtesy with which I was treated spoke volumes and the care they put into their work surely showed. They were informative and answered all my questions. Does all of our rental properties and our personal homes. Even went to North Carolina for us to remodel our bathroom in our vacation home.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: The owner, Allen, called me today and we spoke about my review. He was extremely apologetic and VERY professional. It really impressed me. He explained that Alex was in the process of being trained.

I am rating this business so the owner can possibly fix a situation that is fixable. Alex from their booking team is not very good. They are a little slow to respond and they are not very good at relaying data to the manager that makes the quote. I sent in information for some doors I need installed along with pictures and links to the actual products. The scheduler obviously did not send the links to the manager because the manager came back saying they couldn't install the door because I used the term Iron door. I understand that I used the wrong terminology but if the manager had been given the links to the items that I had purchased he would have seen that I should have said security door. Also, Alex asked about the other door but again it was obvious he didn't share with the manager because the question would have been answered just by looking at the link.
If you want to use them hope that you don't get Alex as the booking agent.

Called and discussed what I needed help with. Yossi told me to text him pics. I did that day - a week ago, and never heard back. If you want a handyman who will follow through, you'll need to go somewhere else.
