I found doing business with this deck company was a very positive experience. They're great people to work with, their crew worked fast and got the job done quickly. I'm super pleased with them.

Started out with great customer service by Justin Hall; he bent over backwards to try to help us stay within our budget. Unfortunately the project manager, John F. ruined the deal by trying to suck more money out of us by trying to convince us to let them do more than we originally wanted. We were very specific on our budget, and knew exact materials that we wanted. We never received itemized quotes for the extra sections of the project after numerous requests. Finally, John sent us an email seemingly irritated with US, and said the new price for all work would be over $30K ($10K over what we told him our budget was), with a take it or leave it attitude. Needless to say, we left it. I hope for Justin's sake he does not get paired up with John F. again on future jobs. What an unfortunate loss of a customer.

He was thorough and interactive and kind and truly a joy to work with. His presentation and concept artwork were beautiful! Sean is a deeply skilled artist with the ability to transform any property into a unique work of art. He integrated his knowledge of the landscape and natural surroundings with his remarkable inventiveness and our personalities.

On a practical note, Sean presented his ideas and concept with a careful price breakdown so we knew exactly what each element would cost and fully understood his very reasonable pricing. We felt confident and energized to be working with him.
