We had an excellent experience with Backwoods Custom. From the initial consultation to the installation, every part of the process was positive. This is a company that is focused on customer service and the customer experience. Steve showed up on time to our initial consultation and was great with listening to what we wanted while guiding us through our selections. He talked about benefits and advantages/disadvantages to different layouts, materials, etc. so we could make the best decisions for our vision. He was able to provide an estimate and CAD drawings within a few days. We chose Backwoods Custom because the feeling we got from Steve was that he was going to take care of us and our home and he delivered. Steve provided us with updates along the way including progress photos. He was accommodating when it came time to scheduling the install as well. The best part of all of this is the finished product. I ordered a custom solid walnut gaming table and two walnut river end tables. Couldn’t be happier with Tom’s craftsmanship. He was communicative, professional, and everything looks phenomenal. If you want a legacy piece of custom furniture, look no further! He also has some cheaper options if you dont want to break the bank. I’ll be ordering more custom furniture from Citizen in the future. Can’t wait!
