My wife and I wanted to have a custom vanity made in our master bath and they 100% gave us exactly what we wanted. The quality in their product is there and they even helped arrange getting our quartz counter done which by the way they have an awesome and quick turn around granite guy. I had a wonderful experience using the company for installation of my linen closets. The sales man Matt was very helpful and timely in giving me a fair quote. The installer was very patient and detailed to install things very straight snd clean lines! Very pleased overall with everything!

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

They lack customer service and organization..... Had to ask for help even tho there was five employees standing around looking at computer screens. When I finally did get help they told me to feel free to search the yard and when I find a piece I like, to bring it inside and they will price it for me. So I asked where to look in the yard and they didnt even know where their own stock was located. Took about 15 mins to locate some pieces, luckly Im not color blind or I would of been in a real predicament. Question.....
Why do I need to carry the lumber, by hand, into your office to get a price? Rough cut material isnt too nice on the hands.
Porter does have a nice selection and will compliment them with stock on hand.
Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I found the right piece to finish my commisioned build, my customer is most important to my business. All Porter did well was kindly take my money. Tiddy it up, folks.
