Best Installation Windows in Phoenix AZ

Loved working with everyone at Castle Cabinets. We really wanted to worked with a local Phoenix company.
From the ordering process to the finished product everyone was extremely professional and very nice to work with. The installers were very good and if there was any issue or concern they had no problem taking care of it. It was easy to see that making the customer happy is their number one concern.

Have used this company since 2017 for upgrading windows and sliding doors but my most recent purchase from them has been horrible. They didn't measure two of my windows correctly so I've been without windows in the front of my home for almost 2 months now. The process started much longer than that when they originally came out to install all my windows. The installer didn't check the measurements of two windows that were to be installed and continued to tear out the old windows and install the new ones. Upon installing the two new windows that were left to install they realized that they measured the windows incorrectly. The result of there mistake is I have been living with plywood for windows for 2 months now. they don't seem to care about getting the correct windows in and taking care of there customers. Terrible communication with customers!!! MY SUGGESTION IS STAY AWAY!!
