Our garage door weatherstrip seal at the bottom was worn flat and not working to seal out the weather, bugs, etc. The entire door was replaced at the end of August 2015, almost exactly 4 years ago, but the seal was now entirely flat for about a foot in length at both ends of the door. When I opened the door, the seal stayed flat and did not flex at all on either end. I called them today, a Saturday, and a tech was out in just a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He had the seal replaced in a short time, and it is stronger and provides a tighter seal than the OEM seal that came with the door did when it was first installed. He even provided some advice on how to seal the weatherstripping connected to the garage frame at the bottom of each side of the door. Would highly recommend!
