Like any large job which ours was, there will always be a few issues along the way, especially during COVID-19. Jeff was extremely responsive and unlike so many contractors today, he kept us informed and actually showed up on time when he said he would be there. He is personally very skilled in all aspects of woodworking and quite resourceful. They are flexible to your needs and totally committed to exceeding your expectations.

So I just had a 15’x9’ very large wall unit(media) installed. I have one word for it. PERFECT. If you are looking for a professional company with extremely professional installers look no further. Communication was awesome immediate. It took 8 hours, 1 day to install my unit and it is perfect. Yes, I said perfect. Would refer them to every single person I know. Oh and I did research several other companies. This was a GREAT experience!!

These guys are one of the best outfits I've ever dealt with. From the initial consultation and estimate to the job completion, everything was smooth and extremely professional. Our cabinets look amazing and the refinishing made the entire space like new, but way cheaper than other estimates we got to replace or reface! The crew was really polite and courteous and always on schedule. If you are looking a dependable company at a fair price I suggest giving them a call.

Impressive shop

New closet is so much better than the old wire racks. Isaac and Daniel make a great team. They worked efficiently together to install closet.They called to let us know when they would arrive. They are very nice young men. One thing they could have done was ask us how high we wanted the top rod. They installed them at the very top so my husband had to lower them all about several inches. Otherwise instal was great.

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!
