Rockman Pool Service has been maintaining the pools at our primary and rental homes for three years. They have done an incredible job at both properties and have had to clean up some big messes. They are consistent, reliable and honest. I highly recommend Rockman to anyone looking for regular pool service!

I was given a quote by a company that was crazy high so we went to call different contractors and Phoenix Grease Trap Services gave the most reasonable rate. The guys are professionals and they really know their stuff and they’re all so friendly. I plan to use their service again.

As an update, The area manager reached out. The pool was ok for a week and now it is green again and i cannot get a call back. I was told I would get a credit for the chemicals I had to buy and that also never happened. I have also asked multiple times over the course of a few months to be taken off autopay and they still keep charging me automatically. They are hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their customers at all and just keep chraging exorbitant fees and not doing their jobs. We have been using Poolman for over 10 years.. In the last 2 years over the summer our pool has turned green once a week at least. They have tripled their cost and done worse service since they tripled their cost. I am now paying an exorbitant amount of money for them to come and balance my chemicals only for A-day later my pool to turn green and we have to come out of pocket for more chemicals. What's worse? The fact that I have now been calling for 10 days and cannot get a return phone call.. Our pool service tech. came out this week and even put on the report that our pool is not registering any chlorine, yet no one is following up to take care of it. I had even asked to be taken off of auto pay and asked for them to call me to discuss canceling and still cannot get a call back. Unprofessional and terrible service. My next call is the the Attorney General as I am being charged for services not rendered.
