If there are any problems they respond back immediately or within a very short time. Every technician I’ve had is very friendly and will answer any of my questions or concerns. I've called for 2 days straight and no one is answering the phone and have not returned 3 messages and an email. My pool is green because they missed last week, and haven't come yet this week. Monday was the normal day. Are you out of business? At least return phone calls!!!
