Today we had our Initial Cleaning with TCA and we are very pleased! Our home looks great!! We are so glad we decided to get the help we need to clean our home with The Cleaning Authority!!

I would give 0 stars to represent their reliability and communication. Scheduled for an AM arrival and they are a no show. Told they are stuck until 430. How does scheduling work exactly? Who wants cleaners to show up at dinner time? My job is to have my house ready to be cleaned, theirs is to manage their team. Poor, in my opinion keep looking.
