We really enjoy the service that Health Point Cleaning Solutions provides. They are friendly, conscientious, reliable, respectful, consistent, and accommodating. My company has worked with them for over a year, and they are always a pleasure to deal with, and we are always pleased with the results. I definitely recommend them!

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.

The team was terrific! Kind, courteous, attentive to details, professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning our office. We will definitely be using them again!

I'm shocked there aren't more bad reviews here. This company is an absolute disaster to deal with! The cleaning was not getting done so after giving them three months to correct it we started the cancellation process. It is the most ridiculous and frustrating process I have ever encountered in my life! Yes they do make you jump through hoops even if you have been unhappy for months. The third time my husband talked to them... somehow still remaining calm... the guy (Domingo) was incredibly rude and then proceeded to hang up on him! We were shocked and astounded! After going through the whole silly process they require to cancel... which took longer than we actually tried their services... all the while they continue billing you per their contract... We have an email saying our final payment will be in Oct, but we got billed again in November. I called again... which seems to always turn into a frustrating waste of time... to no resolution. Incredible. If you are considering using them, you would be better off putting your money in a pile on the floor and setting fire to it. Much less frustrating and your place will still be cleaner than they would have left it.
