Before contacting Rockman Pools, I had a TERRIBLE time getting any local pool company in Anthem, AZ to even acknowledge, let alone respond to my service requests made via phone and email. I just needed someone to come out and take a look at my faltering filter system. Then, I called Rockman Pools and not only did a live person (Matt) actually answer the phone, he promised to come out the next day and see what needed to be done to get my filter working properly.
