Rich and his staff are amazing! I have used him 4 times in the past 2 months for various reasons. The first was a flood in my house and my landlord was just letting the odor linger. He came out and used amazing products to help it smell fresh and clean. The second time was a home I own, I was evicting tenants and trying to see if the carpet was salvagable. He came and cleaned the stairs so I could get a good idea and it worked. He then came back and cleaned the whole upstairs after the tenants moved out and you could barely tell the carpet was used.
