I booked them to clean a home we purchased because we have a newborn and they made our move perfect. I had to call a carpet cleaner in when moving out of a house I had rented for about a year. After quite a few crazy ASU parties, the carpet wasn't looking very good in the living areas and the hallway, and the couch my roommate had bought had more than a few unknown stains on it. There was also a pretty large blood stain in one of the bedrooms from a pretty traumatic incident (which led to a few stitches).

After calling their office to schedule an appointment, I made sure we had everything moved out of the carpeted areas on the day they were coming. They arrived at our place a few minutes earlier than expected and were very friendly. Rich let me know what they would be doing and how much it would cost. After they completed our full house carpet and upholstery cleaning, they gave us recommendations for drying and also some tips on how to best remove certain stains so that they don't get set in like they were.
