Amazing job!! Had them do a move-out carpet clean and it was spotless. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning!

Had team cone out a month ago and they did amazing job. New team came out yesterday they did horrible job skipped so many area. Picture frames were not dusted, tv was streaked but not complete, top of desk was just swished and could see where they wiped. And where they didn’t, lights in master bathroom not wiped, hall light fixtures not wiped, door frames not done, picture frames on shelves not done list goes on. There were in too much of a hurry. Called company and they would send same team out, but I’m not interested. If they couldn’t do it right the first time I have no confidence they can do it at al. I have asked for refund, $228, and now being ghosted. Not very professional, should do it right the first time.

I had a great experience with Health Point Cleaning Solutions . I had a rental unit (medical office building) that we were painting and getting ready to lease. The floor was also damaged from having a roofing issue, as well as the paint splatter. They deep cleaned, stripped, and waxed the floors really making it shine. There was even a baseboard that had paint on it that I was planning to cut out and replace, but to my surprise they even got the paint splatter off of that. The entire energy of the place changed with how it turned out! Out of all the companies I contacted for this project, they were the quickest to respond, come see the space, and email me the estimate. With it being a locally owned business, I was dealing directly with the owner, and they didn't had ridiculous pricing to cover tons of overhead like the big franchise companies. During the entire project which took a few days due to the space being large, I was updated regularly with the timeline and progress. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future.

They did a really amazing job cleaning a large office building I own. Super good attention to detail and very nice people to work with. If there is ever an issue with scheduling, they are very accomodating without any problem. Very happy to be working with their professional team.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.
