A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

The owner and operator is SO awesome! I have weekly services, and she does such a nice job. Thorough, punctual and SUPER FRIENDLY. I would recommend ANYONE to use Laveen's Home & Office Cleaning, LLC for their cleaning service!

Vanessa and Toni-Lee were pleasant, professional and did an awesome job deep cleaning after having our wood floors sanded and refinished. The house has not felt this clean in a very long time.

Best carpet cleaning guy in the Valley. He's always on time, is capable of handling a wide variety of carpet cleaning issues, tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and more. He's very reasonable and just a great guy. Highly recommended.

As an update, The area manager reached out. The pool was ok for a week and now it is green again and i cannot get a call back. I was told I would get a credit for the chemicals I had to buy and that also never happened. I have also asked multiple times over the course of a few months to be taken off autopay and they still keep charging me automatically. They are hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their customers at all and just keep chraging exorbitant fees and not doing their jobs. We have been using Poolman for over 10 years.. In the last 2 years over the summer our pool has turned green once a week at least. They have tripled their cost and done worse service since they tripled their cost. I am now paying an exorbitant amount of money for them to come and balance my chemicals only for A-day later my pool to turn green and we have to come out of pocket for more chemicals. What's worse? The fact that I have now been calling for 10 days and cannot get a return phone call.. Our pool service tech. came out this week and even put on the report that our pool is not registering any chlorine, yet no one is following up to take care of it. I had even asked to be taken off of auto pay and asked for them to call me to discuss canceling and still cannot get a call back. Unprofessional and terrible service. My next call is the the Attorney General as I am being charged for services not rendered.
