Jeremy is who we have always spoke to, and he keeps his customers best interests at heart. Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. We appreciate that he makes sure our home is cool especially in the hot summer. We would recommend to friends and family.

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

Extremely happy with my service from One hour Air Conditioning. I called Wednesday night about 9 pm expecting to leave a message and someone answered. I explained my problem and made an appointment for the next day. Travis was on time. He got the heat going again...explained the problem and what was needed to fix and it’s not going to cost me anything!
