After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.

Highly disappointed in the cleaning and customer service. They cleaners missed multiple items despite my communication with the company. Problems happened repeatedly and company did not take ownership of the problems no offer any kind of resolution. I would not recommend them.

Yessenia did an excellent job. She folded my laundry perfectly and did a very thorough job cleaning. Cleaners with Carol’s House cleaners take direction very well. I asked her to deep clean under the furniture and she got everything. My floors look spotless.

They were kind and caring. And the icing on the cake was getting home with my 3 toddlers and their excitement in seeing how lovely our home looked!

I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. Will definitely be calling you guys back for some more services soon !

We've been using Poolman's weekly service and salt system for 3 years. Over the past 6 months their customer service has been terrible, no one answers their customer service line, responses to emails have been minimal, we've been charged for services we haven't received, we've been sent service reports when our pool hasn't been serviced, our pool has turned green multiple times, prices have increased on top of having to pay a fuel surcharge for their employees, and most recently we were told that black mold has formed and our pool needs to be drained and acid washed. We cancelled our service and do not recommend using Poolman at all for anything related to your pool service.
