Best Cleaning Company in Phoenix AZ

We recently signed on with Hoodz after a not so great long term experience with another hood cleaning company in Tucson, AZ.

I worked directly with Steve Gass in establishing the estimate for our stores.

After we decided to do business with Hoodz, I was intruded to and began working with the rest of his team during the initial stages of getting things going.

Hoodz is responsive to our needs, and so far, I have been very impressed with the quality of their work. I especially like the reports I receive after they have cleaned one of our stores...the pictures they take help tell the story of before and after.

Called many companies for a quote and Valentin was by far the most attentive to our needs and responded quickly. They have cleaned our office for a month now and it has been top notch!

M&K cleaning was referred to me after any plumber in surprises on a four hour wait last night! Half my house was flooded I had a mainline back up even though it’s not a normal service offered they got me on clogged water cleaned up and I was able to go to bed at my normal time! A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Tom is very detail-oriented and does a wonderful job. He does inside, outside or both….handling as much or as little as you’d like him to take care of. Tom even removed and cleans screens and sunscreens covering windows so that it all looks terrific. Unlike many other businesses, Tom has held his pricing so you REALLY get a lot for your money. Use Western Window and you will be thrilled with the results! I wish all business owners took this much pride in their work.

Working in the suns stadium and I see the there hoods are dirty in a couple kitchen's Shouldn't be that way. Especially at the suns stadium

We have been with Poolman for a very long time. They have a great deal where you get a leased salt system, but when something goes wrong, the follow up takes so long, the customer agents are rude, they do not show up when they say they are going to, and are ill equipped to fix issues or don't know how. We had our monthly price increased $30 per month to balance all of our chemicals due to chemical shortages. Yet, my pool keeps turning green and because it takes them so long to get back to me we have to buy more chemicals and fix the pool ourselves. Then they had a technician come out and fix our timer and assure me this was the issue. $270 and a week later the pool is green again. You can't call and get a hold of anyone directly, they have to call you back. When you ask for a manager to call you back, you never get a call back from a manager, you talk to a rude customer service agent. Sometimes a good deal is too good to be true!

IF I CAN GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD THE OFFICE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU CANT NEVER GET A HOLD OF HR THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE AS OF PAPERS YOU REQUEST. THE FRONT OFFICE IS REALLY RUDE AND THEY CLOSE AT 5 BUT THEY STOP ANSWERING PHONE 20 MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSE THEY GOT BOUGHT OUT HOPE MANAGEMENT TAKES CARE OF THIS BIG PROBLEM!!!!!
