I contacted Concrete Repairman LLC because they had made some thorough structuralv foundation repairs to the house of a close friend of mine. That work was done on-time, and the house looks better than new.

James arrived at exactly the scheduled time. He spent a full hour with me, inspecting my foundation and floor, answering my questions, and giving me a detailed explanation of how my house foundation was put together by the original home builder. He then went on to make suggestions as to how I can solve certain issues at minimal cost myself, and what drainage changes I should make in order to avoid future issues.

In a delightful contrast to high pressure sales experiences I have had with other companies, in the end James recommended that I not retain his company for the repairs I'm considering since they are easy and inexpensive for a novice to perform.

Since James had spent his time explaining everything to me, and since I had anticipated that the hour he spent should be worth something, I asked what I owed him for his time... He refused to charge me! Wow!

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!
