Best Structural Construction Assistance in Phoenix AZ

I called to have someone give me an estimate. I was told a technician would contact me, I was contacted within 5 min. From 4 three different companies and not one of them said they worked for this company.

I've had wonderful interactions with the team at this company. With them, I finished a significant and intricate driveway project, and I am pleased with the results. They are real professionals who genuinely want to give only top-notch service. They are always on time, eager to listen, and give high-quality concrete services.

We were very satisfied with the concrete work that this company did for us. They did an excellent job on our concrete driveway, concrete patio, and concrete foundation. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area who needs concrete work done.

From the very beginning Bryan Wooldridge has been amazing! We were buying a house in Ahwatukee with stem wall problems but we were still living in New Mexico so our real estate agent met him at the house. Bryan explained everything so thoroughly and in such an easy to understand way that my agent was able to easily explain it to my husband and I. Bryan then followed up with a report outlining everything the same day. I had a question regarding one part of the house after we moved in and he came back out to meet with me and answer my questions, all of this at no charge. He was so kind and caring, I have total confidence that Arizona Foundation Solutions is going to do a great job on our home. I'll put in another review when the job is done.

It's now 2 months later and our stem wall has been repaired and we couldn't be any happier. Our foreman for the job was David Bickers and he was fantastic! He was really thorough on the job and noted things that didn't need to be done and saved us quite a bit of money. We really appreciated his honesty and the honesty of the company. From the start, working with Bryan Wooldridge, to the finish with David Bickers, Arizona Foundation has been great to work with, we highly recommend them!

Tim Schirra showed up on time and prepared. He was professional, friendly, and seemed sincere in his assessment and concerns for our house's structural integrity. Talking to Tim was like having an experienced buddy come to the house. He kept it legit, while making me feel like I was the most important part of his morning.

Great pay! Great benefits! I never worked here, but I know a couple people who do. In the construction business, its hard to find people that take care of their employees. If you are in the field of construction, come to work for these guys! Especially if you love fat paychecks and overtime! Also great if you wanna see the good ole U.S. of A!

Marcos was very responsive when we first were talking to him about hiring him for the job. He came out the next day to give an estimate which I thought was wonderful. We went ahead and hired him to do a concrete patio extension as well as some curbing. The curbing came out great and the concrete looked amazing as well. He told us that we needed channel drains installed in certain areas. We didn’t want the drains but he said we had no choice. So we went ahead and added that to our tab. He spoke to my husband and told him that some areas may need 2 pieces on the top because of how wide it was. He was super easy to get ahold of up until the job was completed. Afterwards we noticed that the plastic drains he put in were installed with multiple pieces instead of one or 2 pieces across the top. Some have about 3 or 4 and ranging in all different cut pieces which have since started curling upwards and warping. Immediately after the job, it had rained and we noticed the drain channels didn’t do anything but flood on top. We also noticed an area of of the actual concrete that puddles up and stays a puddle for hours. We reached out to Marcos and was able to get ahold of him at first and he kept saying he would get back to us when he could look at his schedule to see when he could come out to take a look but then we would hear back from him. So I had my husband reach out and he told him the same thing and then stopped answering our calls. He even told my husband that he would replace the top pieces of the drains but had to order and would let us know when it came in. He hasn’t gotten back to us since and is completely ignoring our calls and texts. It’s a shame because the issues are really not that major and would have been a good experience with his company had he just taken care of us after the job was complete but he has chosen to ghost us and leave us deciding if we go to the roc or not. So just beware that after your job is complete, you may not get a response if you have a concern or issue that you would like to be addressed.
