We needed radon mitigation done and had a great sales rep. But when he became ill and was out for weeks, they never assigned somebody else to us. So as issues came up, I had to navigate them without having a direct rep to talk to. That was frustrating. However, on the day of mitigation, Barry did a great job of explaining what had to be done and doing a very professional job.

Great value! Had 15 piers installed and poly foam to bring slab to level. Bid came in 30% lower than other vendor, with better warranty. When they ran into unexpected issues with my foundation, they addressed my concerns and still kept the original bid! Would not hesitate to recommend them to others in need of foundation repair.

Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. Recently worked for this company and it was the absolute WORST experience ever. I've never gotten a paycheck on time, or have been paid the correct amount for that matter, while with this company. I'd have to constantly call every Friday about my pay and figure out why and they would always say the same thing it's an issue with your bank but it's not. My pay stubs would literally be shorted by 15 hours sometimes! And they would still somehow blame my bank? Then once I prove its them, they'd just say well you have to wait till next week, now. Which is completely illegal and against the labor board. I had to threaten them with a civil suit to get my pay at once point. How this business is still running is beyond my opinion. My foreman even had this issue and just stopped saying anything about it because it happened to him so often. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
