We have been considering foundation repairs for several years and of the companies we spoke to, we found Arizona Foundation Solutions to be the most knowledgable. They have a good methodology to analyze the problem and provide data that justifies the repairs needed. They were professional, efficient and did a great job on our home. The owner, James did the inspection/estimate himself. He showed up on time, always a plus in my mind. I have an engineering mindset and the details are important to me...so I ask a lot of questions. James patiently and thoroughly answered them all. He pointed out the issues and explained how they would be handled. No hard sell tactics, just info with which to make my decision. The crew that performed the work over 3 days kept the site neat and did a good final cleanup. They seemed like a happy group as I could hear the sounds of joking and laughing while they worked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good results and a no nonsense experience.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
