I had a flooring issue come up during a potential buyer's home inspection on my house. We wanted to be sure there weren't any structural issues with the home so I called Arizona Foundation Solutions and they sent out Bryan Wooly Wooldridge. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He walked me through the inspection, telling me what he was looking for, what he did and didn't see in my home, and explaining things to me that would help me as I met with future prospective buyers. It turns out there were no signs of structural issues, so I won't be needing to have them come back out (or put unexpected $$$ into this home!). I'm so glad I called and made this appointment.
