Victor visited my home to inspect a crack on one of backyard pillars. Even though it was not in scope of his work, he was kind enough to share details of potential vendors who would help with the fix. I will definitely contact AFS for foundation related issues.

I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction.
