Best New Construction / Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Our new driveway is fantastic. The staff did an excellent job with it. Throughout the procedure, they were exceedingly respectful, polite, and professional. They have my endorsement and my continued usage of their services!

No one wants to have to repair their foundation so we were not looking forward to the whole process of bidding and construction. But I can say that we had a positive experience with Ram Jack. We almost went with another company, but Tim Mavis promised Ram Jack could provide quality work at a better value and he delivered on that promise. The crew on the job led by Javier were professional and courteous. So, I would recommend Ram Jack for anyone needing foundation repair in the Phoenix area.

I recently hired 1C3:9 Renovators for a concrete slab work in the side yard of my house (the RV parking space), Julian came out scoped the work and provided an instant estimate. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He gave me a very good idea about what design and product would w best fit in the space and the serve the purpose. I approved the estimate and he began the work the very next day. The work was perfectly done ahead of schedule and the price was appropriate. Amazing work by my new friend Mel. This man and all of his crew were friendly, professional, tidy and thorough. I called for a quote and Mel was there within a few hours. The job was done quickly and my pool deck and patio are more beautiful than I could have imagined. Pricing and communication were totally on point. Great place to work.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
