Best Interior Staining in Phoenix AZ

We have been contemplating for quite some time on what we wanted to replace the carpet in the living room with, and I'm glad we stuck to my original plan of staining the concrete (hubby wanted to put tile). I really like the color scheme we chose and Rick personally oversaw the process from beginning to end. I am in love my my living room floor and can't wait to get the kitchen done! I contracted with Mel to widen our driveway, put in a new walkway to my front porch and pour a slab to extend my back patio. He came over on a Monday to prep the areas then returned on a Wednesday to complete the project. Mel's work is amazing. He and his crew know exactly what needs to be done. The end result has enhanced our home. I could not be more pleased.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
