We found the company to be disorganized. Though Ryan was our sales agent ; we ended up dealing with several people through out the experience. This is not only confusing to us ; but also the tenants in our home. On each occasion the work was scheduled out weeks from the approval. Then earlier in the morning the day of the work; the 'sub would call everyone but the right person for access and confirmation.(even after I corrected them) If the work is going to start at 6am; maybe it would be best to call the night BEFORE? Not to mention that the sub contractors' would call from the job site and recommend different Cheaper solutions. It is appreciated that these subs can find a cheaper solution but this is not comforting as the consumer. Ryan should be able to bid the most efficient service at the 1-2 hour bid explanation appointment. Especially since we paid $500 per house to get this experience (in advance) Also despite their contract Ryan called at each step of the job (typically the day the work was being done) asking for payment. This not only shows mistrust and disorganization but as a client I was concerned about the solvency of the company. We WILL NOT be using them for the several other jobs we have.
