AFS completed my northeast stem wall repairs and installed a dual moisture system ; my service team Brian (sales rep), Sarah (foundation repairs) and Anthony (moisture system installation) were all prompt, professional and explained the work they were going to do, as well as reviewed it with me when it was complete - everything looks great! The only area of improvement would be scheduling, which Brian was great at reconnecting on his end to have it taken care of.

I was referred to Ram Jack by one of my neighbors. I thought I had a foundation problem. Andrew arrived on time, did a full inspection and advised me proper drainage would solve my problem. Another company also came out and tried to sell me very expensive repairs I did not need. Ram Jack is an honest company that will not mislead you. I would recommend them to anyone with a foundation problem.

I was extremely pleased with Luke, the concrete pumper. He was fantastic. Victor was also very pleasant. However, the owner was extremely rude and very challenging to work with. It was never stated that they would be leaving a small pool full of very heavy concrete (>300lbs). If I knew this was part of their process, I would have made different arrangements. I was told upon hiring the company that they would leave the job site better than when they had found it. This was not the case. The company then agreed to pick up the tub and would confirm daily for 5 days that they would be picking it up and never showed. I ended up having to pay to have it removed. Gerald, the owner, was abusive on the phone and very condescending. I would advise not working with a company with such poor business practices. Hire elsewhere.
