I had a great experience with this contractor. I needed concrete cutting and concrete pumping for my home in Peoria and they did a great job. They were on time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called three different foundation repair places to get bids, 2 of them did not spend much time looking over the foundation (about 20 mins) they talked about what they do and said they would get back me 1 to 2 weeks on the estimate.
AZ Foundations came out and the estimator was very professional and got on his hands and knees went over the foundation showing me what was happen. He showed pictures on the materials they use and how it’s installed, the estimator was very nice and took his time. He then sat down with me and gave me an estimate on sight all within 1-½ hours.
The worker that showed up to do the work was very professional and did a great job and cleaning up after was perfect; it only took 6 hours to get the work done. I was going to pay the rest of the bill when the employee that did the work told to me hold off on writing the check. He called the office talked to them about what was done and that it was not as bad as we thought it going to be and gave me a bill lower then was agreed on contact. This makes me feel great about a company that is willing to bill less then what was agreed on. I wish other companies would do this; they would just charge what was quoted and leave. This is very top-notch company; I like the warranty that comes with their work it was the best out of three. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. I highly recommend Julian and the team at 1C3:9! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

Professional, shows up ahead of scheduled time, works efficiently and quickly, and priced fairly. Backyard concrete, decomposed granite, irrigation and plants were planted and complete within a day and a half (at most). Highly recommend!

I needed my chimney tuckpointed. The crew came out at 8am, were finished in a few hours. They were professional and cleaned the job site afterwards. You can see the before and after, with a new cap and everything. Great job guys. Well worth the cost.
