I like how Charlie does business. Old fashioned, face to face and honest. He came out to take a look and the price of their work was fair! His paver crew was awesome and we can't be happier about our new paver patio in our backyard!! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing concrete work or pavers.

Tim Appel evaluated some confounding cracks and advised me on the probably cause and follow up steps. He was thorough, professional and straightforward. I appreciated his honest assessment and prompt response to my call. Thankfully the problem was not foundation-related, but if it had been, we would felt good about hiring him to fix it.

I purchased a made to order Henri fountain and two large planters from them totaling around $5000. Everyone was excellent. The custom fountain took a long time (about 9 months) to be made and shipped from the manufacture Henri in Chicago. That is just the world we live in currently with supply and manufacturing delays so plan accordingly. Phoenix kept me informed and let me know when there were delays. The planters only took a few weeks and were made locally. Javier was excellent. And finally the delivery driver and team were outstanding! Exceptional care and customer service.

I had them pour me a new slab for an 18x20 shed. They were up to date on the code and permits in Scottsdale which made it a smooth process.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go.
