I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. American Epoxy Arizona rescued my backyard patio! I removed saltine tile and once it was removed the concrete surface was in poor shape and in need of repair. I had a concrete guy come over hoping he could help but he advised against concrete because a good portion of the repair would be a thin layer on top of existing concrete which wouldn’t last. He recommended that I look into epoxy. I called a few companies and most never called back. One came over to give me a bid and once he saw the project he said he wouldn’t do any work until the concrete surface was smooth first. It was clear that this job required tools and skills beyond this companies abilities. My search continued and I found American Epoxy Arizona. I called and spoke to Adam about the project and sent him a few pictures. He let me know that he absolutely could do this job from start to finish and he had the tools necessary for the concrete repair. Shortly after he came over to see the project and to give me a bid and we picked out epoxy colors with Jessica. The project started and finished on time and communication was great with Adam and his team. American Epoxy Arizona has the talent, skills, and tools to complete any job.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Drivers/workers need to learn how to secure a load! They just broke my Jeep windshield due to their negligence. Absolutely no consideration for other people's vehicles, safety, or lives. I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
